Tips:
The elastic coefficient of the air spring has a nonlinear characteristic. That is, the coefficient of elasticity is
adjustable. In addition, this type of spring is less likely to produce resonance effects.
According to Boyle's law followed by general gases: that is, at a certain temperature, the pressure of a gas
is inversely proportional to its volume; in simple terms, when the volume of the gas is compressed to half,
the internal gas pressure (Resilient) will be doubled.
Utilizing this feature, when a loaded weight is carried on this air spring, the volume of gas compressed
downward by its weight will be turned into an upward supporting elastic force. In normal times, this spring
is set to a softer elastic coefficient; when carrying more heavy objects, the compressed gas can also
provide a larger upward support force, and it is not easy to feel any decline in its elastic force. Moreover,
air springs can absorb many small rebound shocks better than traditional metal springs. Therefore,
passengers can feel a more comfortable ride; fragile goods are less likely to be damaged due to seizure
roads.
